Dr. Russell Layberry

Dr. Russell Layberry has over 20 years experience in computational environmental monitoring and modelling. Russell is a Certified Energy Manager and electrician. He is a qualified assessor for ISO50001, Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) and Display Energy Certificates.

Valerio D'Angelo is an energy and sustainability professional and academic researcher who joined the Pilio team in 2019. He holds an MSc in Resource Economics and Sustainable Development from the University of Bologna, Italy.

Bill Finnegan is pursuing a doctorate at the Environmental Change Institute at the University of Oxford. In 2018 he joined Pilio, where he oversees software development. He also is a documentary filmmaker and co-founded Tamarack Media Cooperative.

Hannah Van Den Bergh

Hannah Van Den Bergh is a business consultant, specialising in the development, partnerships and growth of environmental SMEs to support the transition to a low-carbon economy. Hannah has worked with Pilio for three years on testing, user engagement and investment.
