Under Pilio the software has been integral in helping businesses monitor and manage their energy use and carbon footprint, giving them the confidence to tackle their impact. Pilio is excited for this Asset Purchase Agreement, through which Green Future Project will now integrate and enhance the software, offering expanded features, greater scalability, and a more robust platform to support a wider range of industries in meeting their decarbonisation and sustainability goals.
Catherine Bottrill, CEO & Co-Founder of Pilio
“For the last 10+ years Pilio has been providing industry-tested tools for organizations to monitor, manage, and report on energy consumption and carbon emissions. These tools are empowering businesses to set priorities and develop their net zero roadmaps.
It feels the right time for us to sell the Pilio software to Green Future Project, as their investment enables the software to serve a growing need for businesses to have the tools and advisory services to meet compliance and company sustainability commitments.”
As part of this sale, Pilio will continue to collaborate closely with Green Future Project, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing support for existing and new clients. This acquisition represents a milestone for Pilio, as the software, once a foundational tool for companies beginning their environmental responsibility journey, will now reach even more businesses globally, supported by Green Future Project’s vast network and resources.
